Marsha Priester CPA, MBA is a skilled financial professional with over 15 years of experience in every aspect of a business’ economic well being. She specializes in small to mid-size businesses who are seeking funding or are in need of someone to handle all of the financial matters of their organization. Marsha spent 5 years in the Public Accounting field working for large firms including PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Cherry, Bekaert & Holland. She managed engagements for Fortune 500 companies as well as multiple non-profit organizations. In 1998, Marsha left the Public Accounting world to focus on her passion of working with emerging businesses. She was on the initial team that grew an outpatient radiology company from $1 million to $20 million. In another venture, she took the lead in two acquisitions totaling $6 million which represented 30% of her company’s growth.

Marsha Priester’s experience covers a broad range of services from establishing internal financial strategies and methodologies to external financial reporting. Marsha Priester received her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University. She has been a licensed CPA since 1996 with memberships in both the AICPA and TN Society of CPAs.
